Our goal is to increase representation and access for people with disabilities and wounded, ill and injured Service members by providing them with the necessary accommodations and services to make working a reality. We also strive to support hiring efforts, helping the Department of Defense become the model employer for people with disabilities.
For more than 20 years, CAP has developed, refined, and implemented initiatives to:
- Improve accessibility options and working conditions for employees;
- Cultivate an atmosphere where people with disabilities have access to information and employment opportunities; and,
- Provide agencies information on the challenges facing people with disabilities and support them through the interactive process.
