May: CAPTEC hosted "Dispelling the Myths: TBI & PTSD," an innovation day event focused on Traumatic Brain Injury and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The session was recorded and is available on the YouTube channel.

Reevaluated the methodology and transitioned the process for procuring AT devices
Established blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) to allow accommodations to reach customers faster and more efficiently while providing the federal government with the best purchase price
Launched a mobile application that allowed customers to browse accommodation solutions and learn about disability employment and accessibility events
