CAP has created online training modules supporting the Workforce Recruitment Program. These modules are designed to provide information for College Students and Recent Graduates with disabilities on opportunities through this Federal-wide recruitment and referral program.

On May, 12, 2025 CAP hosted a “Fireside Chat” with California State University – Bakersfield (CSUB) and Antelope Valley College (AVC) students. During this virtual session, CAP provided an overview of the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) as a pathway for students and recent graduates who are Schedule A eligible to secure federal internships and career opportunities. The discussion also covered DoD Shared List which connects federal employers with highly qualified WRP candidates. Personal success stories illustrated the program's impact on graduates' careers and potential for long-term federal employment.
