The Serene Innovations UA-50 also has the ability for the user to adjust tone control, increase amplification up to 45 dB, and the ability of digital sound processing to eliminate echo effects and unwanted background noise. Individuals who are hearing impaired can benefit from this product in order to carry out essential job functions.
