The Optelec ClearView+ Speech HD is a CCTV. This item combines video magnification and text-to-speech capability. It has a 24" HD touchscreen monitor and document layout recognition. Documents can be magnified up to 95 times the original size and images can be saved for later reference. It also has color contrast options. There are built-in speakers and a headphone port for individuals who utilize the text-to-speech function. Individuals who have vision limitations and are required to read hard copy documents at their workstation to complete the essential functions of their job may benefit from this device.
