Openbook/Pearl is a scanner and reader set. This Technical Services option allows the user to receive additional virtual technical services for their Openbook software and Pearl camera. Individuals who need assistance with troubleshooting or operating their software/device may benefit from this service. This service is provided in-person at the user's location.
