This computer application enhances the accessibility of a desk or soft phone by giving users the option to use keyboard controls or audible commands (Dragon Naturally Speaking required) to perform call functions – including dial, hold, transfer, and conference. Additional features include audible caller ID, hot keys for call control, and speed dials. Individuals with vision or dexterity limitations may benefit from this program.
