Description
CaptionMaker software allows IT staff with PC computers to provide closed captioning services on any web-formatted videos, such as; Windows Media Flash, Flash, QuickTime, YouTube, and HTML5. The software can provide output to any HD or SD tape using common hardware. The IT staff can also add captions to MPEG-2 video, DVDs, and all web-formats, which is an agency requirement when developing web-based videos. This software allows agencies to accommodate employees who are deaf or hard of hearing by making electronic media accessible to those employees.
