CAP is approaching the end of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 procurement cycle. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure they are processed with FY26 funds.
Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Products: Requests for BPA products must be approved by 20 August
- BPA products include those listed on the CAP website
Government Purchase Card (GPC) Products: Requests for GPC products must be approved by 17 July
- GPC products are not on the website and are typically manually entered into the CAP request form
AT Services: Requests for GPC products must be approved by 31 July
- AT Services must be fully rendered by 28 August
