Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Products: Requests for BPA products must be approved by 22 August
- BPA products include those listed on the CAP website
Government Purchase Card (GPC) Products: Requests for GPC products must be approved by 1 August
- GPC products are not on the website and are typically manually entered into the CAP request form
