CAP has reached the end of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 procurement cycle and cannot place any additional orders at this time. We will continue to process accommodation requests on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and will begin ordering once funding is in place for FY27.
If you require accommodations sooner than when CAP can provide them, we encourage you to reach out to your supervisor, commander, or agency Disability Program Manager for assistance. Should your agency or Command procure these items directly on your behalf, please notify our office promptly so we may cancel your pending request.
Workplace needs assessments are not impacted by the procurement cycle. CAP continues to provide workplace needs assessments for civilians and Service members.
