The Plantronics SMH1783-11 Headset and Amplifier is a headset. This dual ear headset allows the user to listen to two separate audio sources at the same time. One side may be connected to a telephone, while the other can be connected to a 3.5 mm device, such as a computer. This can allow a blind user to listen to a phone call and their computer at the same time, or allow the user to do dictation and be on a phone call at the same time. This headset features volume and mute control and includes the Plantronics M22 amplifier, which is compatible with most office phones. Individuals who are blind or have low vision may benefit from this device.
