This item features a thumb button at the top of the vertical joystick grip that has left and right-click functions. It has a base that serves as a wrist rest, along with having plug and play compatibility and an optical sensor. Individuals who have dexterity limitations and may experience pain while rotating their wrist during cursor function control may benefit from this device.
