CAP has heard your feedback and has made process improvements regarding approving official request approvals and medical documentation, as well as changes to CAP procedures regarding the clarification/expansion of Support Services. In addition, CAP has identified 10 priorities to advance the CAP Mission to ensure access to assistive technology and support services for DoD employees and Service Members with disabilities. These priorities will be operationalized and implemented to ensure the execution of CAP’s FY 2023 budget.
