CAP has heard your feedback and made process improvements regarding accommodation and employment support service request approvals! Approvals are now handled internally by CAP staff. Medical documentation is no longer required for requests submitted by returning CAP customers. The scope of Employment Support Services provided by CAP has been further clarified/expanded. All of these changes have reduced confusion and delays across all steps of the request process, expediting service to DoD employees and Service members with disabilities.
CAP has identified 10 priorities to advance the CAP Mission. These priorities will be operationalized and implemented moving forward to ensure execution of the CAP FY2023 budget.
