CAP Status at the end of the Fiscal Year

At this time, CAP cannot guarantee that any new requests for accommodations will be ordered this fiscal year.  We expect to receive FY20 funding as early as November. While we cannot guarantee accommodations will be provided this fiscal year, CAP continues to process new requests for accommodations.  As soon as funding is in place, we will begin fulfilling approved requests in the order in which they were received.  If you are unable to wait, we recommend you contact your agency Disability Program Manager (DPM) for assistance.  If your agency provides the item(s), please notify us so that we may cancel your request and assist other customers.
