CAP Website Downtime

CAP would like to notify all customers that on Friday, November 1st, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, there will be a scheduled downtime of its website. The Defense Manpower Data Center, component responsible for administering CAP's IT infrastructure, will be using this time to migrate CAP's database server and adding more capacity to our infrastructure. This process will speed up our overall database service. To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this migration on off-peak hours so that we can ensure a smooth transition.

 

During this migration period, CAP's website and database will be inaccessible. All operations around the platform, including CAP Request Form submissions and reports, will resume immediately after the migration window.
